Delete your Driller's Book account

In the app

1. Open Driller's Book and sign in.
2. Open the menu, then Settings.
3. Under Account, tap Delete account.
4. Export your records first if you want a copy, then tap Delete my account.

Deleting needs an internet connection. It happens straight away.

Without the app

Email support@drillersbook.com from the address you sign in with, asking us to delete your account. If you sign in with Apple and hid your email, say so and we'll work out with you how to confirm the account is yours. We'll delete it within [7] days and email you when it's done.

What's deleted

• Your account and sign-in.
• Every Bowler and Drilled Ball in your account, from our servers.
• The records on the device you deleted from, and on your other devices: straight away if they're online, or the next time one is opened or comes back online.

Nothing is kept afterwards. Our providers' backups hold deleted records for up to [period], then they're gone.

Your subscription

Deleting your account doesn't stop billing. Cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play settings.

If you're a Bowler

You don't have an account with us. Your details are kept by your Driller, so ask them to delete you. They can delete a Bowler and all their Drilled Balls in the app.

If you never signed in

Your records only ever lived on your device. Delete the app, or delete your Bowlers in it, and they're gone.
